Quail Anti-Pick Bits?

I was seeing if anyone has used them. I was thinking about trying them as a pervenative measure. They sounds like a good idea, but are they okay with fertility with the males. I have had the usual picking nothing serious, but wanted more feathered out birds.
 
1st What Kind Of Quail? These Are Usually Not Necessary With Proper Space For Any Speces, But Are Useful With Bobs During Grow Out And Handy With Chukar As Well...

Pecking Is A Sign Of Overcrowding Or Improper Sex Ratios... Many Speces Vary (some Greatly..) In These Areas
