2 pips! One from MP and one from my own (Buff Orp).

On a side note, I no longer think my buff Orps will be pure. There is a power shift going on in the flock and it is looking like Geronimo, my big Splash Orp Cockerel is getting away with breeding whoever he feels like. I think the Buff Orp roo is stepping down.

Guess they will all be mutts now until spring when I sort them into breeding pens again. It's ok, when these 100 or so eggs are done hatching I'm going to focus on just hatching quail for a while until spring when egg production in the chickens picks up again and I divide them according to breed.
