Quail attack

Just got home and see one of the quail with fresh blood head wound! Not sure what happened. It’s a boy so maybe a battle? Or maybe some sort of animal? Help not sure what to do

That looks like quail on quail violence to me. If you have more than one male in your pen, this will be fairly common.

Keep him clean and warm. He should recover quickly.

Here is what I’ve found with these type of injuries. Find the culprit because they’ll do it again and consider culling this one. I’ve heard over the years to save the ones that are seriously injured and they do heal up but how painful is it. I now cull birds I find this way.

I'd agree that seriously jnjured birds may not be worth saving, but this one is only a few days from being healed. Up to you if you want it or not, I'd say.
