Quail attacked by a magpie!

I have a male adult quail, and a few hours ago it was attacked by a magpie. there is no visible injury except for the eye, which got pecked (?) and is bleeding a bit. the quail was spitting blood at first. It stopped now, but is breathing heavily. a couple of times, it was flapping around crazily and bending in a impossible angle. The quail's mate is kinda scared of him and is ignoring him. what should i do? (luckily i found the quail before it was attacked further and kept it warm. Also, it wouldn't eat or drink.)
