Quail babies

I just hatched my first quail in my incubator. But it's so tiny that its feet just falls through the holes of the Grate/screen. What do you do about that?

I hatch quail eggs in a container that they cannot escape from as they are notorious for getting in all the places that they shouldn't (and baby Button quail are very active when they hatch so I can't imagine chasing them around my incubator). I've never had any problems with air circulation but the fan in my incubator is in the lid.

I hatch my eggs in plastic baskets with shelf liner on the bottom to keep their feet from slipping. Easy clean up as well.
