So the eggs are not being turned; should hatch I guess in about three days.
Concern: Had a power outage the other night (four nights ago) and they were without electricity (heat and turning through night) for about five hours BUT in between the five hours we had a generator sooo
it was
one hour no electricity and it was not cold out
then at night we realized the elec company wasn't in a rush to get the elec on so we put a generator on for an hour
Then turned it off to save gas
Then waited an hour or 90 minutes
Turned it on again
The generator ran out and they eggs had about an hour and a half of no forced heat.
SO it was no heat, heat again, no heat, heat again, no heat, normal heat. The heat never went below 80 as far as I know - MAYBE down to 75 at one point.
Just put them in the hatcher out of the rotator...
And now we sit and wait, correct?
I hope I get at least a couple of hatches!
