Hello, I have recently re-organized and joined the bigger males with the bigger females for reproduction, and the smaller ones into other. They are like 4 months old.

They were fine in the evening when I left, in the morning there were injuries. Especiallly, the females seem to have ganged up on the male who is now hurt in a corner.

The bullying is less now but every now or then some females still bully him, if he tries to leave the corner.

Do they get over it soon and start normalizing? Or should I just separate them? If it gets better, how long does it takes (days or weeks)?

I would clean and rearrange their pen, then put them all in at night. When they wake up to "new" surroundings, they're on more equal footing.

I would also add a couple more hens.

Make sure you have a few hidey holes for your bullied boy to hide (boxes, flower pots, anything he can hide in or under) when things get rough. And the home makeover cage edition is excellent advice.
