Quail chick Butt question

Hi all,
Have 4 baby quail , all going ok so far, I been checking to make sure there butt looks ok each day, watching out for I think it’s called pasty butt? Anyway, this is a bad pic. Her butt is wet,so fluff looks dark, but that caught my eye, her butt looked wet. Well I dunno kinda looks like some of her fluff is missing? And her I guess, vent ? It’s protruding a little ? Is that normal ? Or easy to see because she lost her furr back there ? Just want to catch any issues as soon as I can. Thanks

or could her furr fluff whatever just be dark compared to others back there? Thanks.

oh and when she hatches, she dragged the egg behind her for a while until I got home and removed her to the brooder and detached it ( the dry side in the egg) thansk
