Quail Chick Flipping

Hi, I have a 3 day old quail chick that just started flipping forward. Every time it stands/walks it head goes down and it flips forward. It's neck appears different than the others and is not back over its shoulders. I'm afraid he can't eat or drink for all his flipping. Any ideas? He's tiny...

Try giving it some vitamins or PolyVisol no iron baby vitamins 1 drop daily. I don't know about quail, but many avian problems at hatch stem from vitamin deficiencies. It could also have wry neck that is treated the same way, or by giving Vitamin E.
