Quail chick has crossbeak

Hi! My quail chick just hatched and it has crossbeak and one eye. Is there anything I can do for it or should I cull it? Thank you! I'll post some pictures soon.

Oh my goodness Poor little one. I am certain someone who is familiar with this sort of thing can give you the right advice. I don't have any experience in this area, but you're asking in the right place.

Did you incubate the eggs?
I'd cull it so it doesn't suffer any longer.

I would cull. It also looks like it may be albino, which makes it even less likely to survive.

It is not albino. I will probably cull it.

I would try bands first. If you don't see improvement withing 24-36 hours, then I would consider culling.
