Quail disease-Coryza or ???

I know lots of you ladies and gentlemen have quail and I am looking for your expertise. I prefer to stay natural but am open to your suggestions I hate to cull unless necessary .

Could be Coryza or Mycoplasma gallisepticum. A visit to a veterinarian would be recommended for a diagnosis.
