What are some good water soluble meds to keep on hand for quail diseases in case you have outbreaks.
Would appreciate any info as I would like to keep meds on hand. Thank you

Quail in general, don't have many disease issues if a strong biosecurity program is in place.
A few med's I keep on hand are BMD or Bacitracin Methylene Disalicylate, used for quail enteritis. Amoxicillin or Duramician and Tylan 50 for respiratory issues. Calcium citrate and Calcium gulconate for egg bound or peritonitis issues.
Nutri-Drench for weak or struggling newly hatched chick's, also good for injured adult birds....can give a boost of energy to weaken birds.
That's about it for medications that I keep on hand.
