Quail DIY disaster ! Fights no eggs ! Help!

Instead of bobbin around now they chirp and run and all peck the crap out of each other it seems. Just little bursts of it out of nowhere. Strange. I don't know what to do I've work

ed so hard. I have 16 quail. Two are males I believe. One finally started laying eggs after owning for 2 months now. I have feeders sandbaths water straw down, Christmas lights like everyone said to do. So finally last week I get 2 eggs on Monday birds are calm then only one egg everyday after. This just crazy fights now but I still get just the one egg.
I'm ready to give up

I just wanted to produce some eggs for food which everyone says is so easy. Why am I doing such a poor job. It's just a terrible feeling

Can you figure out if one is being the aggressor? Or it might be a few of them. I had one mean one chasing everyone and stressing them and when I took him out they all immediately calmed down. Do you have another cage where you could separate a few? Might help you isolate who is fighting.

Seems like more than one. They almost all start running and pecking each other at once and the weakest ones seem to take the damage and give up and run and hise
