i think she looks like an egg bound!! closing her eyes and blinking slowly and looking really tired and this morning she just sits in one place what could be this? if she's egg bound how to help her? can anyone help me out??

Have you checked her vent? Can you see or feel an egg stuck in there? Is she pooping? If you're sure she's egg bound, soak her vent in warm water (quail body temp or a little warmer) and gently massage her. Make sure she's warm and clean (I would isolate her) and watch her. Hopefully she'll poop while she's soaking and will pass the egg soon.

i will try this but as she's too skittish it might be difficult as she's not tamed..she keeps on attacking the only rooster in thier coop

Have you separated her? That way you can see if she's pooping. If she is, she's not egg bound. If she is egg bound, it needs to be treated, or she could die. If you're not comfortable treating her, is a vet an option?
