Quail egg oddity

I put some quail eggs in the incubator three days ago. Tonight I notice one has a small chip out of it and this is what it looks like. Completely solid white chalky substance, not even moist. The rest of the eggs look fine. Any ideas?

Yes, cant figure it out. All of the inside of the egg is hard, white, and kind of chalky. It's a mystery.
