How long do fertilized eggs last because I have seven eggs waiting to go in the incubator I have at least 14 days left of eggs in the incubator I put the eggs in there on Friday the 17th will they last that long?

I'm not certain but I'm about to come up to the same question. From what I've looked up, some people suggest holding them no longer than 7 days as fertility goes down after that. They can/should? be also stored in a specific temperature and humidity to prevent moisture loss and I think some people put plastic on them or something to further that?? Don't quote me on the plastic thing, could be dangerous for the eggs if done incorrectly I would think

Oh ok thanks. that helps because I have eggs that have been sitting for 4 days but I have 7 more days of eggs in the incubator.

Ive kept quail eggs for 18 days and still had had some hatch. I store them in my bedroom that has an air conditioner. I keep it set at 68 degrees.
Also tried keeping them longer up to 22 days but with poor results.
