Quail eggs. Blood ring?

They have been in the incubator for 10 days. I am pretty sure this egg is dead, but wanted experienced help...

I don't hatch coturnix, but that egg is dead. Looks like a blood ring, yes.

I took it out, and cracked it open. Very dead!
