Just wanted to pipe in that there is a white cortunix that is not Texas A&M. The A&M is a 'jumbo' sized bird, and the other is about the same size as the regular pharoahs.

I bought some of Catt's quail. They are Texas A&Ms and they are great. I bought adults and juveniles from her and the adults are laying machines. The young ones are laying an egg every two or three days.
