Quail Eggs didn't hatch even with fully developed embryos

I hatch my eggs at 47-50% humidity til lockdown, then raise it to around 70%.
Were the air vents opened for the hatch?

Oh no, sorry. I've never hatched quail but every other egg I've ever hatched was set like this. I've got 12 silkies incubating now. 2 have started to pip this morning, but mostly everything I've read on this site says they incubate the same as the rest of the eggs

Yeah quail and chicken eggs need different humidity’s you don’t want to go really ove 30% untill lockdown then up to around 50%
