Quail eggs help

I have about 25 Quail eggs that my husband didn't know I wanted to put in the incubator and he soaked them on night in egg wash. Are they not any good anymore?

He washed them!!!!!!!
Um, that is not good. They say to never, ever wash the eggs for hatching. It seriously decreases their hatch ability. And he soaked them! That softens the shell!
