Quail eggs still hatching !!!! help

I put 88 quail eggs in the bator, 13 are looking healthy and fluffy, but more are coming.
They started hatching on day 20 and have been hatching ever since and it is now day 27.
The chicks that have been hatching recently have been very weak and all of the recent ones are dying.
The quail that I put in are Rain Quail (type of coturnix quail), so they should of hatched on day 16.
I am very surprised that they are still hatching.
Is there any way I can "put down" the unhatched eggs?
From the ones I have seen they are extremely weak and won't live long. If this is not a good idea please tell me and I will wait it out.

Can you suggest any reasons for the extremely late hatch? TCollier (I think thats his nickname) also had a very late hatch.
