How many times should I turn my quail eggs in the incubator

At least 3 times per day but 5 would be better. Always an odd number so that when they are left for the longest over night it’s not on the same side for 2 consecutive nights in a row.

Ok thank you. Do you know anything about the different breeds of quail. It seems that my rooster which is Texas AM will only mate with the bobwhites but not with the Texas AM hens.
