Quail eggs?

Ive been looking up quail recently and have noticed what remarkible laying capabilities they have.They start laying in 6 weeks!!!So I just want a picture or somthin to see how many I would need to equal just one egg and how they taste?thx

oh yeah,Id like to also have a recipe for pickled quail eggs!!!thx

You would need about 4 or 5 to equal a regular (large) egg. They taste pretty much the same as chicken eggs. I don't have any recipes...sorry.
