She looks like a he and he might have been injured.
Or blind.

Why is he seperated?

Could possibly be a corneal ulcer or eye infection. hypovitaminosis A (vitamin-A deficiency) can result in a secondary eye infection.
Have you noticed any other birds pecking at it or has it flushed and injured its eye?

I have been put vetericyn Plus Antimicrobial Ophthalmic Gel but he is getting difficult to catch. He is isolated so that they do not peck at his eye!
What do I do if it ulcer or hypovitaminosis?

Antibacterial ophthalmic ointment is the recommended treatment in mammals, a liquid form would be best for bird eyes. Hypovitainosis can be treated with small doses of Vitamin A , although it may not clear up the ulcer.
It could be a viral ulcer as well, therefore, the treatment would be different. If you can afford a vet visit, that would be your best bet...I'm not a vet nor an 'expert' by any means. Birds eyes are way different from mammal eyes but a vet should know how to diagnose and recommend treatment.
