quail feeders

i am looking for a j feeder that is designed for outside and can lock so racoons wont eat all my quails food. i dont mind using pvc pipe but i would like to have the storage of the food that hangs on the side be square and hold alot of the food want to feed and water my birds only once a week. anyone have any ideas on what can be used.

How many birds is each feeder going to be for. A week period seems like a while to not have to feed or water.

20 birds give or take i already have a water system that i only have to fill once every two weeks.

Wow once every two weeks, can you post a picture or describe the setup. Do you have to check them or pretty much set and forget.

i only have 15-20 birds at the time and i have a 5 gallon bucket and pipes leading to their cups.
