I've been raising quail for months now and haven't tried it yet. Tonight's it...I'm processing now so BRING ON THE RECIPES!!!!!

I found 175 recipes on Food Network. I am planning on making a cookbook out of them. There were a lot of yummy sounding recipes.

I processed 12 myself and they were fairly easy to do....I put in brine bath and then to the freezer tomorrow.....So i am in need of recipes too.....
