Quail Gender Confusion

I have 3 quails who are all very fond of each other and never like to separate. They turned 5 weeks yesterday and still no rusty chests and still many spots. My other male quail started to lose spots and get a rusty chest at 3 weeks so we thought that these quail were females. Which would’ve worked out great for us! But today I was cleaning their coop when I noticed some foam on their poop, does that mean that one of my birds is a male? i will attach a picture, any advice is helpful

You likely do have 1 male. I know some of the color variations don't show the male / female color change so that may be the issue.
