I have a quail who has had its eyes pecked at, I have her one eye healed up but the othe lid looks torn. If this does heal can I reintroduce her or should she become a house pet. And if she does stay in is she ok by herself or should I try to give her another quail as a cage buddy . They are suppose to be northern bobwhites , but I think they might be button quail. They are half of the size of our previous hathces.
