Quail hatch help

Day 21 for a Silkie and a Bantam Cochin and they hatched this afternoon. Day 18 for 12 japanese quail and nothing. Can it take a day longer for quail sometimes too? As for conditions, 99.5 degrees and 62% until lockdown then 75%.

I would give them a couple days. It's possible your thermometer could be a little off, and for some unknown reasons they might just take longer!
