Quail have stopped laying and seem stressed

Hi,

I'm relatively new to the whole backyard quail thing. I have 4 females and they were doing great for 3-4 months. They were all laying an egg a day, but I'm just getting one. They seem stressed in that they are continuously jumping around the cage and going after each other a little bit. They have stopped eating as much as well.

Ive read a little bit about molting and stress molting...but any hints for how to get them out of this?

How big is their pen? There are no males, right? Just the 4 girls?

It's fairly large for 4 birds, 3'x3' and varies in height from 1' to 2'. Definitely all female.

Are there any lights on outside your cages at night? like a street light or an auto porch light?
