Quail having difficulty walking? :/

Figured this might be a better place for this than the general emergencies/health issues forum since I know quail aren't really everyone's thing.

Today I noticed that one of my quails' posture was off - he was kind of walking with his chest down on the ground. He's albino and blind, so I guess at first I thought maybe this was just his way of 'feeling' his way around and I just hadn't noticed it before. He's ~7 weeks old now, and up until today has been doing well - now, he's having some real difficulty walking, seemingly out of the blue. I'm wondering if this is likely a neurological injury from flushing (which maybe could have happened overnight, I suppose?) or if anyone has any idea what's up with him and if it's fixable or if it's best to euthanize. It doesn't look great to me, but I'd really appreciate other opinions on the matter before I do anything.

While it's possible that he flushed and hit his head, it is more likely to be general health problems. In my experience albinos are often blind and almost always have health issues. That's why I stopped breeding the Silver Schofield Collection. While they're beautiful silver birds, they often produce albinos that I end up having to cull.

That's kind of what I was thinking. I was hoping he'd beat the odds, since he's been doing so well up until now, but I probably need to do him a kindness at this point...

At least the hutch I ordered for him to live in won't be a complete waste - somehow one of his siblings ended up being a very friendly quail, so I'm hoping to encourage her to stay that way. She'll just have one less roommate, I suppose.
