Quail having standing problem

Hi, First timer here. I have 4+ year old Italian quail who is having problems standing and walking. Eats well, poops look normal, food Game bird and dried meal worms, assorted greens. Could this be a vitamin deficiency?

At 4+ years, it's more likely the start of system failure from age. That's very old for a coturnix quail.

Yeah, I know it is a long time but I love them and don't want them to suffer, I was thinking maybe a deficiency, maybe something I could fix. Thank you for your post, it is appreciated.
