Update: it walks better than before but it still falls a little. I still got to hand feed it sometimes.

question: how do you check if the quail is full that way I could tell that it ate and it’s not starving.

Based on your observations, does the photo of the food look like enough protein since in my local store they did not tell me how much protein it has I had it for more than a couple of months now if it’s not then what food should I buy instead, the quail are 20 weeks old

That feed is not adequate at all....it's just seeds. Very little protein and little minerals or essential vitamins that a complete and balanced feed ration would contain and birds need to be healthy.
Oh BTW, you can't tell by looking at a feed how much protein it has...that's why they put labels on feed bags.

Yes I could get one, btw how do you check if a quail is full is it the same way as a chicken or different

I'm guessing it's the same as a chicken, but I haven't had chickens since I was about six years old.

You can feel its crop, but the best way to check their health and eating habits is by feeling their keel. Here is something to help you tell your quail's healthy weight.
