Quail: I need Quail fertility egg for layer and meat production.

Hi there!
I really wonder if you guys help me out. I'm looking for Quail's fertile eggs which give more weight (more than 300g in 5-6 weeks) like GOLIATH, Giant Jap Quail, Jumbo Jap Quai for my farm is located in Srilanka. Please let me know the details of farmers who can able to send it to Srilanka by any Air Freight and any official documents required from my side for clearance ?

And also the layer Quail which laying morethan 300 eggs per year.
