So the law in Ofallon says no chickens except in "agricultural zones" which I think is bs. So I started raising quails. Or at least will in a few days. I currently will be keeping them indoors but would like to move them outside once spring comes. I am simply confused with the regulations in the city though. If I am raising a few quail (10 or less) then are they considered livestock/poultry in a farming sense. Or pets? Like rabbits, as long as you're not butchering to sell I don't think it matters but the law confuses the heck out of me. Anyone know something?
