I have 5 coturnix quail hens and 1 rooster. They have all been raised together and are about 8 weeks old. Earlier this week, one hen had been scalped badly removing the feathers and skin. I removed her and she is recovering and doing well. Today however this morning I found 2 hens blinded in one eye. One is pretty rough. How do I figure out which one is causing this? Is this my rooster? He actually seems not that aggressive. Is this how all quail are? Any suggestions on these issues?

As I watch them they all are together resting, I never see aggressive behavior, that's what is really annoying.

Hens can be very mean. I just had a scalped roo with a blacked eye, in a 1.4 group, yesterday.
One hen, or all, decided to abandon the roo. Then they are cruel.
Same, when a hen want to be the alpha, they really attack till death.

Especially attacks to the eyes are from hens. Roos are mainly attacking the neck and the back of the head.

Try to watch them or, as suggested, install a web or baby cam.

Edit: one hen of mine nearly killed 3 other hens, till I could identify her by the bloody beak.

one of my roos sclaped my hen in less then 2 hours. The feathers were gone and a piece of skin as well. The roo was never aggresive towards me and never attacked my female in front of me. I had a hen who attacked one of my roos and she didn't seen to aggressive towards him or me either. As nabiki said, you should try using a camera.

So I found the hen, she is the only one with no injuries and has blood on her beak, so I have her separated until I'm sure. So for the 2 that are injured, one I think lost a eye for sure, her head is swollen as well, the other I think the eye is swollen but should be okay. It's there anything I can put on it for them? Or a antibiotic so they don't get infections? Do I separate everybody? Right now, I have 2 with bad eyes, one with injuries around the side of the face, and the roo in the main hutch. I have one in my brooder, that has a scalped head, and the aggressive one in another pen( possible going to be relocated to the freezer).
