I have been feeding they game bird starter like 27 porten but I have one that is lay just the eggs sack, I did give them a little oyster shells will this help

They don't just need a little oyster shell, they need a pan that never runs out of it. They know what their body needs as far as minerals go and will eat it accordingly.
