Quail legs

Sorry to be rude here but what kind of garbage incubator are you using? You have these little guys smashed in there.. yeah, they can't walk or stand because they fell from the floor above them and maybe broke something. Kind of disturbing you let them hatch like.. let alone let them lay there like that for who know's how long. They look dead it's that bad.

Thanks a lot but they hatch at the bottom. I put them lower a few days before hatching.

You said you put them down to hatch but I can clearly see an egg they hatched from above the one on the right, plus a pipped shell on the other side...
So, did you ever put something on the wire so no more quail would fall down, i know opening incubators during hatch can cause its own diffuculties so make sure to keep the humidity up!
and did the first few chicks make it, did you make them leg shackles to help their straddle legs? Poor little babies.
