Quail looking sick, suspecting eggbound or worms, any tips?

One of my coturnix japonica hens, Bean, has been acting kinda sick recently. I'd say 3 days ago is when I first noticed something might be wrong. Mostly she's standing around somewhere fairly fluffed up, neck retracted or tucked in like she's trying to sleep. She's drinking fine, seems to be eating too. Haven't seen much solid parts in her poop, once I saw her poop only a bit of liquid with small bits of brown came out, then at a later point some fairly liquid brown poop.

Holding her I can feel her breast bone protruding, and her lower abdomen (between butt and legs) feels a bit swollen, primarily to one side. Doesn't feel swollen by a lot, so it might be nothing, but could still be relevant. Would worms explain the swelling?

Most of my birds aren't laying cause of the season, but I recently got a couple eggs from Bean's group but it stopped again. That's why I suspect she could be eggbound. I don't think she's straining to lay, she does seem to occasionally "poop" but not much comes out. Could this be an obstruction from eggbinding? Or does that usually present differently?

Yesterday I started giving her Metacam - the anti-inflammatory/painkiller the vet gave me for another bird, and has recommended I use when they have injuries/pain hurting their appetite. She seems stable but still sits around with her head tucked in, can I just wait this out? Currently I have her seperated so she doesn't infect other birds, but I would rather put her back in with the others if I can exclude contagious things, so she's not lonely.

The symptoms somewhat match Ulcerative Enteritis aka Quail Disease, but from what I've read that usually kills very quickly, plus the birds will stop eating. She's eating and has been sick for about 3 days, so if it is UE it would be very early stage.

I had a hen who acted the same, puffed up, sleepy looking, breast bone protruding, I brought her inside and fattened her up for a couple weeks, put her back out and she was fine. Idk why she wasn’t eating outside, a bully I didn’t see maybe? But upon coming in she ate almost constantly for a day and a half. Once back out she seems totally fine.

Just wondering how you went with your quail?
We have a quail with very similar symptoms and I was thinking the same that it couldn't be UE because she has been sick for about 5 days and she is still eating and drinking fine.
