Quail New born with Swollen Eye/ Eye not opening

Hi,
I’m extremely new to hatching quail and one of my quail that have hatched today eyes have not opened is there a reason for this? I’m susspecting they might be swollen or something might’ve happened
Please give me some advice on this and how to deal with it ,

the eyes don’t look swollen to me, and one of my chicks did the same thing-she popped ‘em open in about a day or so. I’m relatively inexperienced with quail chick health tho so take my advice with a grain of salt.

Maybe the eyes are a bit clued by eyewhite.
Try to drop lukewarm water (best boiled before and cooled down) on the eyes.
Will not harm, but may helps.
