Quail not hatching - day 18

Hi there. I am incubating some jumbo corturnix quail. today is day 18 and there are no pips on the eggs whatsoever. I have the incubator on lockdown (it's been on lockdown from 5/9/2018 to now. Still no action. My humidity is around 70 percent right now and my temperature is around 99.5. The temperature has stayed the same for the whole incubation process, but the humidity was around 55 percent for the first 15 days. This was because the woman whom I had bought from on eBay informed me how to incubate the eggs.

Do you have a "calibrated" thermometer or are you using the incubators thermometer?

Did you candle at lockdown to check for fertile eggs?

I typically run right at 50 for 14 days then around 65-68 during lockdown. Mine typically start pipping early day 17 and hatch mid to late day 17 and most of them hatch early day 18.

Also they day you set them is not day 1. If I set them at 12 noon on monday, 12 noon Tuesday is day 1.

Give them time, Jumbo can take an extra day or so. Had some hatch day 18 and some up to day 21.

I am using the octagon 20 advanced incubator's thermometer.. I tested it and it was on point.
