Quail nutrion factors

So im wondering what are the quail nutrition factors like proteins fats vitamins they need in their food.

I see you have multiple posts about nutrition and feed. Is there a certain problem you are having with your quail? Or just curious?

I suspect Singulargravy9 has the same problem as anyone living in New Zealand has trying to feed their game birds. Game bird food just isn't available here. The closest thing I have found (and which says it is suitable for game birds) is NRM Meatbird Crumbles. It has 20% crude protein so I supplement with mashed hard boiled egg (chicken or quail), sprouted alfalfa, and clover. Hope that helps.

I have eggs in the incubator on day 12 and the highest protein content I could find was 26%. I bought it. Will this be too little for them when they first hatch? Should I supplement with something else?

No just use to raise quail and had whole container leftover of gamebird and chicken but needed to up the protein.
