It is day 17 of my courtnix quail eggs and the temp has been at a stable 99.5 and for the first 14 days, the humidity has been 35%. On day 15 I put it up to 60%. There are no pips or movement or sounds coming from the Bator. I think my thermostat could be off but not by much and I candled them day 14 and they were all good. Any suggestions 😬 it is so nerve-racking.

Don’t worry, mine don’t usually move or peep that I’ve noticed, until they’re breaking out. If your temp was a bit cold they could even be late by a bit. Mine usually pip the evening of day 17 depending on what time I set them.

Thank you so much that made my nerves a little less crazy, it is the begining of day 17 so I'll keep updated

How you count days can be a factor, are you using more than 1 thermometer and hygrometer calibrated for accuracy? Coturnix can hatch from day 16-20 with 17-18 being the average

One hatched !!!
