I would separate her and put her in a warm, dim place for a while and observe her. You will be able to see how much she's eating and drinking, and get a clear picture of what her poop looks like (whether they're all like the one in your pic or whether it's just once in a while).

I do think that the one in your picture is cecal poop, but if the rest of them are watery, it may indicate that she's not eating.

She is eating and drinking. I put her near me and offered both food and drink, she seemed to be happy to have that. I also added some critical care formula (UK version of Nutridench) just to boost her energy and again, she was having that normally. I’m going to keep monitoring her (although she is asleep now) just to watch her poops and also her eating behaviour in case of any change
