Quail poop

Does anyone know what can cause poop to be this colour? All of the quail seem absolutely fine. I did add 3 more to the flock on Monday so not sure if they could be stressed ?
They had some radish leaves but I'm only noticing this poo every so often.

It looks like they ate some greens. Not all of the poops will look like that if you didn't feed them a lot.
