I'm homeschooled and on my last year. If I want to raise a quail bird that is easy to Raise and Maintain, Is that a Coturnix quail? or what type of quail is easy to raise and breed so I can see from Egg to Adult to Second Gen.

Coturnix should be perfect

Okay, So When is Breeding season and all that stuff? Is there a site that as all I need to know? I was looking for a site with all the info I needed to raise them and most just took me to stories on raising them

There's a ton of info right here on BYC. There's a couple of stickies at the top of the Quail section.

As long as there's enough light there will always be eggs and chicks.

They will breed like roaches

Coturnix are easy to multiply. You get some hatching eggs, they incubate for 17 days (sometimes hatch sooner), and you get chicks! and in 6 weeks they start breeding and laying eggs between 5-9 weeks of age! JJ mentions they are the Roaches of the quail world which is very true!
