Quail Sick Need Recommendations

I have a coturnix quail that is not standing up. Breathing fine, eating and drinking but not standing...looks odd. I am not home and have a pet sitter there. I have separated and given electrolytes in water...any ideas. . I have a Youtube link with video: https://youtu.be/vzlP_FNy8kA

Is it possible that she flushed and hit her head on the top of the cage? Can she be brought inside and kept warm? Unfortunately, I can't think of anything else to do for her. Is a vet an option?

No vets in the area for quail. Could have flushed and I am just unaware, but roof is only up about 12 inches or so, so would be odd to have hit hard?

Hmmm... At that height probably not. Do you know how old your quail is? I must admit, it doesn't look good, but if it's injury it might start getting better in the next day or two.
