Quail snacks

What are your favorite Quail snacks? I mean besides their normal food, which does have protein and other things in it.
I've been giving spinach to my birds and they just love it. I wonder if they would love millet or other seeds as a treat. I just love to spoil my little ones.

I give them bird seed. They pick through it and eat their favorites. They attacked a container of celtuce (like lettuce but with a center stalk) I was stupid enough to leave in their reach. I give them a few celery tops. It disappears but I am not sure they eat it or just scratch it to death. Their favorite snack is ground up high protein cat food. They LOVE IT!
