Quail stopped laying help

My bird stopped laying this week . Guess I need to give them some more light ? What kind of lights should I use ?

You can also check for a full spectrum light bulb at local stores.

They can also stop laying because they are molting or something has stressed them. Stress can be anything from predators lurking (real or imaginary), enclosure being moved, new quail neighbors, change in food etc.

It kinda looks like they might of started molting . I have a bunch of feathers on the ground around the coop . All birds are accounted for too .

Mine just finished their molt. Feathers scattered is a tell-tale sign.

I can vouch for that! Looks like there was a fight but it's just molting - next you may see greasy looking spikes, freaked me out when I was petting a quail and thought it had a bunch of tiny hard bumps under its feathers on the skin, was just growing feather shafts

I'm starting to get a few more eggs . Had 7 last night . Was getting 17 to 18 out of 20 hens before they stopped .
