Quail trouble

I posted a while back about a quail being really skinny all of a sudden. She was eating and drinking water and all, she was just a lot skinnier than she was the night before. Well she isn't doing any better. She isn't very active anymore, sits in one spot with her feathers ruffled but will move every once in a while to a new spot and doesn't run when I try to pick her up. When I pick up the others, I can actually feel some weight on them but with her, I feel like I'm picking up nothing at all. Like she is lighter than air at this point. I am very worried about her....

UPDATE: She died. I found her dead when I went to let them out of the Hen house this morning. I'm not sure what happened to my poor girl but she will be very missed
